Author Referral Programme

This Schedule forms part of the Author, Avatar & Publishing Agreement between LearningFrontier and the Author. Participation in the Author Referral Programme (“Programme”) is optional and subject to the terms set out below.

1. Purpose

The Programme enables the Author to refer new paying subscribers to the LearningFrontier platform and to receive a referral reward in respect of qualifying subscriptions.

The Programme is intended as a marketing and promotional arrangement only and does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.

2. Eligible Referrals

An “Eligible Referral” is a user who:

• Registers for LearningFrontier using a unique referral link or referral code provided to the Author;
• Has not previously registered for or subscribed to LearningFrontier; and
• Purchases a paid platform subscription.

LearningFrontier reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether a user qualifies as an Eligible Referral.

3. Referral Reward

For each Eligible Referral, the Author shall receive a referral reward equal to:

Ten percent (10%) of subscription fees actually received by LearningFrontier from that referred user.

The referral reward:

• Applies only to platform subscription revenue;
• Does not apply to ebook purchases or other products;
• Is calculated net of refunds, chargebacks, transaction fees, and applicable taxes;
• Applies only while the referred user maintains an active paid subscription.

No referral reward is payable unless LearningFrontier has received cleared funds from the referred user.

4. Payment Terms

Referral rewards shall:

• Be calculated on a monthly basis;
• Be payable within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar month;
• Be subject to a minimum payout threshold of £100, which may be aggregated across months.

LearningFrontier may require valid invoicing details or payment information from the Author prior to payment.

5. Duration

Referral rewards apply only while:

• The Author Agreement remains in force; and
• The referred user maintains an active paid subscription.

LearningFrontier may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme upon thirty (30) days' written notice.

Termination of the Author Agreement automatically terminates participation in the Programme.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The Author shall not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about LearningFrontier;
• Imply endorsement beyond the Author relationship;
• Use spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or deceptive marketing practices;
• Bid on LearningFrontier's brand terms in paid advertising without prior written consent.

LearningFrontier may suspend or terminate Programme participation if these terms are breached.

7. Compliance with Laws

The Author is responsible for ensuring that any promotional activity complies with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising, consumer protection, and anti-spam laws.

8. Taxes

The Author is solely responsible for:

• Reporting referral income;
• Paying all applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from payments received.

LearningFrontier does not provide tax advice.

9. No Guarantee

LearningFrontier makes no representation or guarantee regarding:

• The number of referrals;
• The amount of referral rewards;
• Continued operation of the Programme.

10. Governing Law

This Schedule is governed by the laws of England and Wales, in accordance with the main Agreement.
